Privacy policy

I’ve put together a solid template for you. Just a quick "lawyer-lite" heads-up: while a Privacy Policy usually covers data, the "No Refunds" clause technically belongs in your Terms of Service.

However, for simplicity, I’ve integrated a clear "Payments & Refunds" section into this document so it’s all in one place.

Privacy Policy & Terms of Purchase

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the essentials needed to provide you with a great experience. This includes:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, and billing address.

  • Payment Information: Processed securely through our third-party payment processors (we don’t store your full credit card details).

  • Usage Data: Standard stuff like IP addresses and cookies to help the site run smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to:

  • Process your transactions and deliver services.

  • Send you important updates or receipts.

  • Prevent fraud and maintain security.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully before completing your purchase.

  • All Sales Are Final: By completing your purchase, you agree that all payments are non-refundable.

  • No Exceptions: We do not offer pro-rated refunds, credits, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind.

    • Technical inability to use the product (if the product is functioning as described).

    • Failure to cancel a subscription before a renewal date.

  • Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that once access is granted or the service is initiated, the value has been delivered.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We don’t sell your data to shady third parties. We only share info with:

  • Payment Processors: To take your money (safely).

  • Service Providers: To host our website and send emails.

  • Legal Obligations: Only if the law absolutely insists on it.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to keep your data under lock and key. While no system is 100% unhackable, we do our best to keep the digital dragons at bay.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (like the EU or California), you may have the right to access, delete, or correct your data. If you need to do that, just reach out to us.
